In order to deliver your order the fastes way possible you need to try the following:

1. Double-check the customer information. There you might find addtional comments from the customer that can help you.
2. Send a message to the customer via chat. You will find the chat button on the bottom right of Roadrunner.
3. Call the customer. If he/she is not answering you should try after 2 minutes again. Try this 3 times.
4. If there is security in the building or compound ask for the customer's name.
