On the top right of your "Deliveries" screen you see the duration until you are supposed to pick up the order (if you see a time instead of the duration, check the information below the horizontal line). This duration can be positive or negative:

- Positive means that the order should be ready after this duration from now. Please inform the restaurant/store that you arrived and wait inside or right next to it so you can pick up the order as soon as it is ready.
- Negative means that the order should have been prepared already. Please ask the restaurant/store if your order is ready already and if not how long it will take to be prepared. You will receive a push notification asking you to update the time until the order will be ready. Please enter the duration as accurate as possible to avoid any problems with the customer or next orders.

There is absolutely no need to reach out to the rider support team because of any delay at the restaurant.

If you set-up your application so that it shows the time of the pickup please see the following:

- The time to pick up has not passed yet means that you arrived earlier at the restaurant/store. Please inform the restaurant/store that you arrived and wait inside or right next to it so you can pick up the order as soon as it is ready.
- The time to pickup is in the past means that the order should be ready already. Please ask the restaurant/store if your order is ready already and if not how long it will take to be prepared. You will receive a push notification asking you to update the time until the order will be ready.
