We are sorry you are experiencing this. There are a couple of points you can follow to increase the possibility of receiving another one:
1. Double check if you are still within your zone
2. Reassure you have a proper GPS connection. You can do this by opening a maps app (like Google maps) and locate yourself)
3. Check the heatmap and move to the areas that are marked with red dots.
